Appointments
All appointments are subject to direct confirmation. Availability, service details, location information, and timing are finalized through private communication.
Deposits, cancellation, and rescheduling
If a deposit is required to reserve an appointment, the amount, payment method, and appointment details will be confirmed before payment. Deposits are applied toward the confirmed appointment. Cancellations or reschedule requests should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Late cancellations, no-shows, or significant late arrivals may result in the deposit being forfeited or the session being shortened. If Aurelle must cancel or cannot honor a confirmed appointment, the deposit will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment at the client's choice.
Wellness scope
Aurelle provides private massage and holistic wellness services. Services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, emergency care, physical therapy, or licensed medical treatment.
Respectful conduct
All communication and appointments must remain respectful, lawful, and aligned with stated boundaries. Aurelle may decline or end communication at any time if safety, consent, or professionalism is compromised.
